You've made your way to the world famous NAKED NEWS! Welcome inside everyone, I'm Victoria Sinclair. Our gorgeous reporters are putting the finishing touches on their stories and join us now for a quick look ahead.

We've got a jam packed program to get to and we'll get it started with 2 of the sexiest anchors in broadcasting. Raya Miller and Natasha Olenski are in our Naked Newsroom with a story about one of our all time favorite charities, PETA. Pretty soon, they'll be doing a lot more than just getting celebrities to show a little skin for their cause.

That's right Vic, and welcome to your News off The Top everyone. If you're a regular viewer of our program then You know how much we love PETA's "I'd rather go naked than wear fur" campaign. Not so much for the MESSAGE but for the sexy skin we get to see. So imagine our excitement when we heard that PETA is starting its very own adult website at PETA.XXX. Of course it's not like we didn't see this coming.

But don't get all fired up just yet. While PETA.xxx will initially offer viewers a montage of the organization's sexy campaigns, its aim will be to focus attention, as always, on the plight of poorly treated animals. Anyone looking for a cheap thrill may be wise to steer clear because it certainly won't get you in the mood.

And speaking of getting naked for a cause, hundreds of men and women descended on Venice beach and shed their shirts for national Go Topless Day. The event was originally started by members of a UFO cult rallying for women's rights.

Since then, it's gained support from all walks of life. And it's not just something crazy Californians do. It's rolled out to numerous cities around the US and even Canada. Personally, I think every day should be Go Topless Day but you've gotta start somewhere.

The annual list of new words from Oxford English Dictionary has been released and one of my favorites is MANKINI! The word was made famous by Sasha Baron Cohen in the film Borat and personally we think it's "very nice!"

Other new words to make the list include "sexting", "retweet", and "cyberbullying". So even though Oxford officially turned one hundred this year, it looks like they're still hip enough to keep up with the latest lingo.

If they can add mankini then they're definitely HIP, Raya!

They're making the English look COOL that's for sure.

Well, many big companies have been TALKING about going greener, especially in the energy sector.

But a big one just announced that they'll be SLASHING their green investments to refocus on oil and gas!

Tia's in the Naked Newsroom with the details.

That's right ladies, and it's a bit disappointing but energy giant B.P. has announced it's CUTTING its planned funding for renewable energy by about SEVENTY percent, to focus more on oil and gas. The move will affect biofuels, biogas, EV charging projects, and more. This comes as B.P. is feeling serious pressure from some of its shareholders. They're unhappy that the company's net income plunged in 2024, and its stock returns are far, FAR below its rivals Exxon and Shell.

Chinese tech company Alibaba is jumping in to AI! They just unveiled its first reasoning AI model, called QwQ-Max! And its reasoning and problem-solving abilities, designed to replicate how humans think, is reportedly impressing users! Alibaba has ALSO committed to investing fifty-three BILLION dollars to cloud and AI infrastructure over the next three years. And if you want to test Alibaba's tech yourself, in another post on X, the company announced that it would release an OPEN-SOURCE version of its video and image-generating AI model.

And a new search is underway for Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 - eleven YEARS after it vanished without a trace. Maritime company "Ocean Infinity" is behind this latest search and will be using special drones to scan the ocean floor. The autonomous underwater vehicles will use 3D imagers, sonar, lasers, and cameras in hopes of finding the lost Boeing 777, which went down in the Indian Ocean with two hundred and thirty-nine people on board. It's hard to believe, ladies, that this plane is still missing without a trace after all this time.

I remember when this actually happened and they searched for it, for what seemed like YEARS!

The last time was actually in 2018 and it was this same company behind it.

It REALLY is a mystery for the ages. Fingers crossed they find it this time! Thanks very much Tia.
